HAMPSTEAD’S MEETINGHOUSE PARK SUMMER MUSIC SERIES

1^st Annual Fiddle Championships Wnners

Hampstead, NH, -- 9 June 2006 ­–  On Sunday, June 4^th, 2006, Hampstead’s Meetinghouse Park hosted its  1^st Annual Meetinghouse Park Fiddle Championships and Jam-bouree, with fiddle competitions in 4 divisions: Junior/Juniors (Age 11 and under), Juniors (age 12-17), Adult (age 18 and over) and Masters (an open class), The winners for each class were:

Junior/Junior Division

●    1st Place - Samuel Bednar, Richmond , NH

●    2nd Place - Cecilia Bryan, Richmond , NH

●    3rd Place - Nina Margard, Richmond , NH

●    4th Place - Max Sopher, North Hampston , NH

●    5th Place - Diana Calvetti, Chester , NH

Juniors Division

●    1st Place - Tiffayn Rozenas, Rochester , Ma

●    2nd Place - Carly Rockenhauser, Derry , NH

●    3rd Place   - Emily Sharp, Sandown , NH

●    4th Place - Tim Drugan-Eppich, Madbury , NH

●    5th Place - Kylee Drugan-Eppich, Madbury , NH

Adult Division

●    1st Place - Connie Eppich, Madbury , NH

●    2nd Place - Sharon Pangaro, Hampstead , NH

●    3rd Place - Jennifer Bell, Haverhill , MA

●    4th Place - Mary Prenavewu, Kingston , NH

●    5th Place - Bill Perry, Hampstead , NH

Masters Division

●    1st Place - Colleen Perry, Longmeadow , Ma

●    2nd Place   - Doc Rudolph, Nashua , NH

●    3rd Place -  Andy Reiner, Lexington , Ma.

About the Meetinghouse Park Summer Music Series

The Meetinghouse Park Summer Music Series is sponsored by the Hampstead Cable TV Advisory Board, and will feature concerts throughout the summer of 2006. All concerts are open and free to the public.  Meetinghouse Park is located at the corners of Main Street and Emerson Avenue in Hampstead , NH , immediately behind the Hampstead Town Hall and adjacent to the historic Hampstead Town Meeting House.
